Customers agree to pay all fees associated with delivery requests, including base fees, distance fees, surge multipliers, and optional tips.
Drivers earn compensation for completed deliveries. Earnings, payout schedules, and deductions will be detailed within the application and may be updated from time to time.
Drivers are responsible for a one-time verification fee (e.g., $39.99) required for background and identity verification.
Payments are processed using third-party payment processors such as Stripe. By using the Services, you agree to the processor's terms.
All users (customers and drivers) are required to complete identity verification. Failure to verify your identity may limit your access to the Services.

Drivers representing their ability to drive legally affirm that all provided documents and information are accurate. Background checks may include sex-offender registry checks and criminal history.
We may use third-party verification services (e.g., Stripe Identity, Checkr, Persona). You consent to the collection and use of such information.
If any document is fraudulent, fake, expired, or does not meet our criteria, your account may be suspended or terminated.

Unique Pickups reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
Delivery requests may be cancelled under terms specified within the app. Refunds (if any) will be processed in accordance with our refund policies and the policies of our payment processors.
The Services and all content provided are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal use.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your rights to use the Services immediately cease.
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unique Pickups operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
